1. Order Processing

 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We partner with reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other reputable services) to ensure your order arrives safely. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

 

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

 

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

 

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

 

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, customs inspections).

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Standard Shipping (U.S.): Calculated at checkout

 

Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any applicable duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

 

 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Some oversized items may have additional shipping fees or extended delivery times.

 

 

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

 

If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at justin@justinskeytohomelife.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

 

7. Changes & Cancellations

 

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify your shipment.
