At Justin's Key to Home Life, we want you to receive your purchase as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy explains how shipping and delivery work for products purchased through our website at justinskeytohomelife.com.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBOOKS)
eBooks purchased through our website are delivered instantly as digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download your files (EPUB and PDF formats). A download link will also be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout.
No shipping is required for digital products. If you experience any issues with your download, contact us at justin@justinskeytohomelife.com and we will provide a new download link.
2. PRINT BOOKS (PAPERBACK & HARDCOVER)
Our print books are produced on demand — meaning each book is printed, bound, and packaged specifically for your order after you purchase it. This ensures quality and eliminates waste, but it does mean delivery takes longer than a typical retail shipment.
Production Time: Each book takes approximately 3–5 business days to print before it ships. Hardcover books may require additional production time due to the binding process.
Shipping Time: After printing is complete, shipping typically takes an additional 5–10 business days for domestic (U.S.) delivery, depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery: Paperback orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks. Hardcover orders usually arrive within 2–3 weeks.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and are paid by the customer. Costs vary depending on the delivery address.
Tracking: Once your book has been printed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order.
International Shipping: We do ship internationally. International orders may take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
3. GENERAL MERCHANDISE & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For other physical products purchased through our website (including home decor, apparel, accessories, and branded merchandise), orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via standard carriers.
Estimated Delivery: Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because our print books are produced on demand, once an order enters production it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at justin@justinskeytohomelife.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
For general merchandise orders, changes or cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us at justin@justinskeytohomelife.com as soon as possible.
5. DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at justin@justinskeytohomelife.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or investigating with the carrier.
