Refund & Return Policy

At Justin’s Key to Home Life, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Some products (such as clearance items, personalized or custom orders) may be non-returnable; this will be clearly noted on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at justin@justinskeytohomelife.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, contact us at justin@justinskeytohomelife.com. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
